1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dark Empires, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- All registration information must be accurate and complete
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3. Payments & Refunds
- All deposits and purchases are final once confirmed
- Refunds are only issued for technical failures on our end
- Currency displayed in USD is converted at our current rate
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, only used for services
4. Game & Service Usage
- All game demos and accounts are for educational/testing purposes
- Sharing of demo credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse
5. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform
- Using our services for illegal activities
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional systems
- Sharing harmful content or malware through our platform
6. Limitation of Liability
Dark Empires provides all services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
7. Legal Compliance
In the event of an official inquiry from legal or regulatory authorities, we will cooperate fully within the limits of applicable law. However, we accept no liability for independent actions of clients or third parties.
